David began his career in the Food & Beverage industry in the summer of 1999 at just 13 years old, working at his father's establishment, Smith Street Kitchen. In 2008, he assumed leadership at Brooklyn's hotspot Franklin Park in Crown Heights, managing operations and continually innovating to enhance the business. Under his guidance, his F&B group expanded to seven locations throughout New York City.

Leveraging his extensive experience as a small business operator and owner, David transitioned into a full-time career as a commercial real estate broker. With a deep understanding of the New York City market, he has completed over 50 leasing transactions, significantly shaping the city's retail landscape. Representing notable landlords and retailers alike, he has secured prime retail spaces for several renowned brands in key locations such as SoHo and Williamsburg.
