NEW YORK, NY – August 30, 2022 – Verada is pleased to announce that Blank Street Coffee has signed a new lease for 960 square feet at 2461 Broadway on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. The retail portion of The Westly is fully leased out prior to building completion with excellent tenants, Blank Street and Bond Vet in place. Verada represented Ownership in both transactions with an asking price of $215/SF. Both retailers are located on the ground floor of The Westly, a new mixed-use, 52-unit luxury condo development.
