Barry's Joins the Neighborhood: The renowned fitness brand, Barry's, has secured the remaining on-grade space, signing a 10-year lease for 5,200 square feet. The lease, finalized last week, was negotiated at an asking rent of $150 per square foot. Barry's was represented by Neal Ohm and Michael Cohen of Newmark in the transaction.

Perspire Sauna Studio:Wellness at Your Doorstep: Earlier this spring, Perspire Sauna Studio inked a deal for 2,800 square feet of below-grade space and is set to open soon. As a leading provider of infrared sauna therapy, red light therapy, and color light therapy, Perspire Sauna Studio offers private sauna suites with towel service and premium entertainment. Their full-spectrum infrared saunas utilize the latest technology to provide benefits such as detoxification, stress reduction, pain relief, radiant skin, and improved sleep.
