Verada Announces Acme Smoked Fish to Join Brooklyn Brewery at 1 Wythe Ave in Brooklyn
Brooklyn, NY – Verada is pleased to announce that Acme Smoked Fish has signed a 10-year lease for the entire third floor of 1 Wythe Avenue, located on the border of Williamsburg and Greenpoint. The 18,000-square-foot office will serve as Acme’s new corporate headquarters, providing the company with much-needed space as they continue to grow.
This move positions Acme’s offices directly across from their long-standing headquarters, where they have operated since 1954.. The building at 1 Wythe Avenue is currently under construction and will top out in the coming weeks.
Acme Smoked Fish will join another Brooklyn staple, Brooklyn Brewery, which is relocating to the same building as part of its expansion. This new lease continues to solidify 1 Wythe Avenue as a hub for prominent Brooklyn-based businesses.
“We are thrilled to continue growing in Brooklyn and look forward to building out our new office in the beautiful 1 Wythe building, conveniently right across from our smokehouse” says Adam Caslow, partner at Acme Smoked Fish and member of the fourth generation of the family business. “Our team couldn’t be more excited to share the building with our longtime pals at Brooklyn Brewery and other distinctive New York businesses.”
