Brooklyn, NY – September 2024 – Verada is pleased to announce the signing of a lease with Impact Kitchen, a Toronto-based nutrition-focused restaurant, for 2,800 square feet of prime retail space at 510 Driggs Avenue, located on the corner of North 8th Street in Brooklyn, NY. Impact Kitchen is a nutrition-focused all day restaurant & cafe serving breakfast, brunch, lunch & dinner. Impact is 100% free of gluten, refined sugars and seed oils and will be making its debut in Brooklyn, adding to its 7 successful locations in Canada.
Impact Kitchen, represented by Neal Ohm and Michael Cohen of Newmark, joins a vibrant tenant roster at 510 Driggs that includes Barry’s, Perspire Sauna Studio, Baker Health, and The Learning Experience. With the signing of this lease, Northlink Capital has successfully filled all 26,000 square feet of retail space across two levels at the property. Previously, the space was briefly occupied by Boris n Horton, a popular café for dog lovers.
