We’re kicking off the new year with exciting news—Verada has officially moved into our new office at 551 5th Avenue in the heart of NYC, just steps from Bryant Park. While we’re sad to leave our Williamsburg office behind, this move marks a fresh chapter filled with opportunity.
Our new space brings the entire team together under one roof, fostering collaboration and creativity as we continue to grow and expand in 2025.
To top it off, we’re thrilled to introduce two talented new team members who are joining Verada this year.
David Dubinsky, Managing Director
David joins Verada with over two decades of experience in the Food & Beverage industry and a proven track record in commercial real estate. Beginning his career at his family’s establishment, Smith Street Kitchen, David went on to lead operations at Franklin Park in Crown Heights, transforming it into a celebrated Brooklyn destination. Over the years, he expanded his F&B group to seven successful locations across NYC.
David’s hands-on experience as a small business operator gives him a unique perspective on the needs of retailers and landlords alike. As a commercial real estate broker, he has completed more than 50 leasing transactions, helping renowned brands secure prime retail spaces in iconic neighborhoods like SoHo and Williamsburg. We’re excited to have David’s expertise and entrepreneurial spirit as part of our growing team.
Anna Ziebell, Senior Associate
Anna Ziebell brings a wealth of expertise to Verada, specializing in landlord and tenant representation with a focus on strategic real estate planning. Prior to joining Verada, Anna honed her skills at JLL, where she was a key member of one of the most active brokerage teams in New York City. Her experience also includes working on the JLL/Blackstone Portfolio partnership, where she played an integral role in providing comprehensive real estate solutions to Blackstone-owned companies on a global scale.
Anna’s strategic approach, combined with her in-depth knowledge of the NYC market, makes her an invaluable asset to both landlords and corporate occupiers. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business at SMU and remains actively involved in nonprofit leadership and advisory roles. We’re thrilled to welcome Anna’s expertise and dedication to Verada.
As we settle into our new space, we’re more excited than ever about what’s ahead. This move, our growing team, and our shared vision for the future make us confident that the best is yet to come.
Thank you for being part of our journey—we can’t wait to see where this next chapter takes us!
