Greenpoint is the northernmost neighborhood in Brooklyn, with Williamsburg on the south and the East River waterfront on the west. Manhattan Avenue serves as the main corridor of Greenpoint. Running parallel to the G train, Manhattan Avenue incorporates a mix of mom-and-pop shops and national retailers. Today’s residents are drawn to Greenpoint due to new developments like Green Point Landing, which boasts a waterfront promenade, adding to the bountiful greenspace acreage across this classic North Brooklyn neighborhood.
